Tyga has been ordered to pay another landlord $186K.
Tyga really needs to invest in a financial adviser. It’s only been a few weeks since he settled a costly lawsuit with a former landlord, and the 26 year old rapper is already back in hot water with another one of his property owners.
F&S Investment Properties filed a claim against Tyga back in March after he damaged and abandoned their Los Angeles property that he was using for his side business, Egypt Last Kings Clothing. When F&S stopped by the house, they found it “in gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid, and hazardous environmental waste that required a professional clean-up.” The hazardous environmental waste was ink that was poured down the drain and into a public sewer.
Last week, a court ruled in F&S’ favor and ordered Tyga to dish out $186,275.89 in damages. Hopefully, Tyga will just pay up so there won’t be another warrant issued for his arrest.
