Kodak Black is now facing an sexual battery charge.
I guess all plans of Kodak Black getting released from jail have been completely flushed down the drain. The 19 year old “Skrt” rapper is now being accused of sexual battery at a South Carolina hotel back in February.
Kodak was originally set to be released from jail last week, until two active arrest warrants were discovered during the release process. (It’s unclear as to why authorities hadn’t already come across the warrants.) One of the charges is for first degree criminal sexual conduct, and the other is for misdemeanor cannabis and paraphernalia charges in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Kodak was first arrested back in April after leading police in a high speed car chase. He was later released on bond, but was arrested a month later due to more warrants.
