A judge has issued an bench warrant for Tyga’s arrest.

On Tuesday, a Los Angeles County judge issued a warrant for the “Rack City” rappers arrest after he failed to show up for a court hearing. Tyga was supposed to appear at the scheduled hearing to face his former landlord’s lawyers regarding his ongoing eviction case.

Tyga’s former landlord, Gholamreza Rezai, recently won a $480,000 lawsuit against him after he fell behind on rent for his former Malibu, California home. Tyga reportedly caused a number of damages to the home before abandoning it. So when he didn’t attend the hearing, Superior Court Judge Nancy L. Newman issued an bench warrant – setting the bail at $10,000.

The lawsuit stems from an 2012 incident, where Tyga signed a one year lease and agreed to pay $16,000 a month for rent. Three months after moving in, Tyga stopped paying his rent, so his landlord headed to court to start the eviction process. Tyga allegedly wanted to move out of the home because it wasn’t equipped with enough security, therefore fans kept showing up at his doorstep.

Despite his legal woes, Tyga recently purchased a $200,000 Mercedes-Maybach for girlfriend, Kylie Jenner for her birthday.
