Over the weekend, OG Maco sent his fans into a frenzy after posting a photo of himself in the hospital sporting a swollen eye and a neck brace with the hashtag #PrayForMaco.
Apparently, the 24 year old rapper was involved in a serious car accident that has left his body severely broken up. Using a reference from Kanye West’s track “Through The Wire”, Maco tweeted, “Thank God I ain’t too cool for that safe belt.” The events that lead up to the accident are unclear at the moment, but let’s just be thankful that Maco is well enough to keep us updated.
In a series of tweets, Maco wrote, “Multiple skull fractures, broken orbital (surgery next week), cracked vertebrae (surgery next week) and heart palpations. I feel ALIVE!!!” and “On the bright side, My plastic surgeon says I can’t get any uglier so fixing my face should be easy.”
As of yesterday, OG Maco appears to be in good spirits and even posted a photo of himself in a bubble bath with a woman.
Lil Durk, and a number of concerned fans wished Maco a speedy recovery.
