When it comes to Bobby Shmurda, the news is always angering and disappointing. But a new story tied to Shmurda’s name is quite chilling to say the least.
Monday morning, Peter Martinez, 28, a high ranking member of Shmurda’s GS9 crew, was found washed ashore on Manhattan Beach in Brooklyn. Martinez’s face had been duct taped, his arms bound behind his back, his body wrapped in black plastic bags, with 100 pounds worth of cement on his feet. The police believe that whoever tried to dispose of Martinez’s body failed to do so correctly. The perpetrator let air get into the cement, causing Martinez’s body to float to the surface of the water.
Sources told DNA Info that Martinez had a pregnant girlfriend, and had been missing for three weeks. It was also revealed that Martinez’s death may be related to unpaid debts. No arrests have been made, but the NYPD is leading an investigation.
