Despite the diss tracks, and the continuous shots thrown at each other, French Montana says that the beef between Drake and Meek Mill isn’t that serious. The Moroccan born rapper recently sat down for an interview on “Larry King Now” and shared his thoughts on the feud.

French reflected on the time he was shot in the head, and how he lost his good friend, Chinx, last summer to gun violence. Comparing the back and forth between Drake and Meek to his situations, French says it’s not a real problem, more like a competition where no one gets hurt.

French told King, “I feel like with this situation, it’s different. At the end of the day, I don’t feel like the have real problems. It’s a sport. So it’s like a competition. So sometimes you spar with somebody, that’s what that is. Cause ain’t nobody get hurt, nothing happens. I feel like it’s just part of the game. It brings excitement to the game.”

French has collaborated with both Drake and Meek in the past and clearly has no plans on picking sides.

The exclusive interview is set to air March 14 on Ora TV.
