Back in June, Rick Ross was arrested for forcing his groundskeeper into his guest house at gunpoint before pistol whipping him twice with a Glock 9mm pistol. The groundskeeper, Jonathan Zamudio, suffered jaw and neck injuries, as well as two chipped teeth. It was reported that Ross got into a dispute with Zamudio before assaulting him.
Today, it was revealed that Ross has been indicted on a number of charges including kidnapping, aggravated battery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm while committing a crime. However, Ross’ attorney, Steve Sadow, believes that Ross should be exempt from any criminal charges because he was “acting in self-defense and in defense of his property when he encountered trespassers”.
Ross claims that Zamudio was committing felonies on his property. Allegedly, Zamudio threw parties with cocaine and drug paraphernalia in Ross’ guest home.
