Although 50 Cent is facing a lot of financial issues right now, he isn’t letting them keep him down. The 40 year old G-Unit Records founder recently posted a video on his Instagram of a huge, unfinished home and swimming pool with the caption, “My crib is almost finished in AFRICA. I’m gonna have the craziest House warming party ever. I’ll explain later 😉 I got a good life Man. #EFFENVODKA #FRIGO #SMSAUDIO.”
As expected, this confused many of his fans who left comments stating, “Don’t you owe like a million dollars in child support?”, “He did file for bankruptcy but he still has a couple mill”, “Isn’t he a broke a** filing for bankruptcy and sh*t”, and “FYI (to anyone interested) You don’t need to have celebrity money to build a nice house like that in Africa”. Fif hasn’t revealed what part of Africa the home is located in.
Back in July, 50 filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy only days after a judge ordered him to pay Rick Ross’ child’s mother 5 million dollars for leaking her sex tape, so it does seem odd that he’s suddenly building a new home. Just a few days ago he had to ask a judge to grant him permission to pay a few bills at his Connecticut home. I guess he has a couple of dollars stashed away that we don’t know about.
