Yesterday, “Nickel Rock” rapper Rick Ross, 38, posted $2 million dollar bond, and was released from a Fayette County, Georgia jail. Ross used a number of financial sources to pay his bond including $1 million equity from his mansion formerly owned by boxer Evander Holyfield and another Georgia property, $500,000 surety bond from a bail bondsman, and $500,000 in cash. Rozay’s attorney made a promise to the judge that the rapper would forfeit the entire Holyfield property to the county if he intimidates or threatens any witnesses.

On June 24th, the MMG boss and his bodyguard Nadrian James were arrested at his Georgia home and charged with kidnapping, assault, and aggravated battery. Ross got into a argument with his groundskeeper before forcing him into his house where he pistol-whipped the man with a Glock 9MM pistol, causing injury to his jaw, neck, and teeth.
