Rapper, record producer, and entrepreneur Diddy, 45, was arrested on Monday, June 22, after assaulting a Bruin’s assistant coach with a kettlebell at UCLA’s Acosta Athletic Training Center. Diddy’s son, Justin Combs, plays as a defensive back on UCLA’s football team. Before the incident occurred, Diddy was watching Justin practice from the sideline, when the coach began verbally attacking his son. This didn’t sit well with Diddy who later approached the Bruins assistant coach in his office.
That’s when things got physical and the police were called. The father of three was arrested and charged with 3 counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats, and one count of battery. Unbelievable. He later posted his $50,000 bail.
Comb Enterprises stated, ” We are confident that once the true facts are revealed, the case will be dismissed.”
