Christine Chisolm has lost her battle against 2 Chainz for the second time.
Last year, Chisolm slapped 2 Chainz with a $5 million lawsuit after he referred to her as a “thot” (acronym for “that hoe over there”) backstage at one of his concerts. The embarrassing moment was captured on video and posted onto the Chainz’ blog, where it went viral. Chisolm claimed the video ruined her reputation and caused her to lose her job at a barbershop. A North Carolina judge later dismissed the lawsuit after deciding that calling a person a thot was not “extreme or outrageous conduct”.
On Tuesday, Chisolm struck out for the second time. This time around, Chisolm attempted to sue the “Used To” rapper for lawsuit for communicating threats, ethnic intimidation and extortion. She claimed that she was targeted and threatened in Chainz’ “Watch Out” video. Unfortunately for Chisolm, the judge dismissed her second suit because she had already filed and lost a lawsuit against the rapper.
Hopefully, Chisolm will give it up.
