It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood for 2 Chainz! A North Carolina federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit a filed against the “Trap-A-Velli” rapper after he called a woman a “thot” (which is an acronym for “that hoe over here”) in a video that went viral. In the ruling, the judge decided that calling a person a “thot” was not “extreme or outrageous conduct”.

Back in July, Christine Chisolm was invited backstage after attending a 2 Chainz and Cap 1 concert. Backstage Chisolm was filmed for a video later titled, “Is This Yo Thot?”, which racked in more than 10 million views after being posted online. Chisolm claimed the video caused her to lose her job at a barbershop because her boss feared she would bring negative publicity to the shop. She also claims that the incident caused her to be a target to harassment and abuse in public, and has ruined her reputation entirely.

Although 2 Chainz didn’t release an official statement, he addressed the lawsuit on Instagram in an adorable video of his son with the caption, “PSA from Lil Chain”. You can hear 2 Chainz in the background saying, “We won that case today. We threw that case out.”
