Tyga’s financial woes seem to never end.

Tyga is in the headlines again, and like most days – it isn’t because of his music. It appears that King Gold Chains has been slapped with a lawsuit for failing to make car payments on a red 2016 Ferrari 488. The car was first repossessed on August 31 after several missed payments, then again for the second time on November 8.

Earlier this month, the lessor, Alex Benedict, filed the suit in Orange County Superior Court claiming that he made an agreement with the 27 year old “Rack City” rapper back in May which allowed him to use the car and return it on October 9. However, Tyga ended up breaking the agreement. Now, Benedict is asking for $150,000 in damages.

Benedict’s lawyer, Ron Chini, released the following statement to The Daily News, “We attempted to work with Tyga and his representatives before filing this lawsuit. Unfortunately, they all but ignored our requests to return the vehicle forcing us to take action and file suit.”

Tyga has since responded via Twitter, writing, “Y’all ain’t figure out tmz agenda yet? They been runnin the same stories on me for years. Meanwhile I’m out here winnin everyday check the real scores. 3 hours ago Mama good, son good, baddest chick, my homies good, new deal.movies.Good situation.”
