Tupac’s estate is facing a lawsuit.

It’s been over 20 years since Tupac’s death, yet he is still unable to rest in peace. Natasha Walker, who sang backup on Pac’s “Bury Me A G”, is suing his estate for unpaid royalties.

TMZ obtained court documents where Walker stated she and Pac made a deal back in 1993 that the song would be a joint effort and she’d have equal ownership. But according to Walker, she has not received one dollar since the song was released.

Unfortunately, Walker has run into a problem, it’s 2017, and the statute of limitations for such a claim is four years in California. Walker’s attorney, Jennifer Harris, says her client has every right to pursue legal action because the song continues to make money, and will do so in the future.

Walker is seeking compensation for royalties (back and current), damages, and attorney’s fees.
