Trippie Redd Expresses Detest For The Enemy in New Single “Under Enemy Arms”

by Derrius Edwards

Cue the distant trumpet followed by an eerie set of bars indicative of a triumphant decree over the enemy at hand, at least that’s what Big 14 aka Trippie Redd has conveyed with releasing his new single “Under Enemy Arms”.

As referenced in the chorus,”You niggas gone end up in a hearse/You niggas gone end up in the dirt/From the trenches, had to make it work/And these fuck niggas just gone make it worse/…Ho, that’s an enemy arm/Tear down an enemy’s army“, there’s a perceptible disdain for the emblematic enemy whose untimely demise is forthcoming.

The remainder of the song is full or dark imagery and abnormal innuendos that suggest it’s probably best to stay on Trippie’s good side, if that exist, or face the sinister consequences.

After generating nearly 4 billion streams, Trippie was named a “Spotify Rise Artist” Artist to watch by Rolling Stone, and landed the cover of the 2018 XXL “Freshmen Class“.

“Singing real shit that people all over the world can relate to— timeless, says Trippie.

Singing all that real shit has definitely paid off, as Trippie has charted and worked with some of the biggest influences in music today, ranging from Travis Scott, Lil Yatchy and Rich The Kid to artist like Julia Michaels and Diplo.

Another testament of his sedulous work ethic can best be summarized through his most recent performance at Soundset Music Festival in St.Paul, Minnesota where he performed in front of 40,000 screaming fans.

There are a few whispers in the wind that reference an upcoming album release, however no release date has been mentioned at this time.

For now, rock out to the frequencies transmitted over this victorious cadence.
