Trick Daddy finds himself behind bars once again.
It appears that Trick Daddy had another run in with the law. On Saturday, the 45 year old “Nann” rapper, born Maurice Samuel Young, was arrested in Miami on cocaine possession and DUI charges.
According to the Miami Herald, Trick was asleep behind the wheel of his Range Rover when police approached it – after receiving reports that a driver was running red lights and hitting signs. Authorities knocked on the window, awakening Trick, who reportedly informed them that he recently left a nightclub in Miami Gardens. Trick also revealed that he consumed 5 drinks while there.
Trick Daddy agreed to take a sobriety test, but ultimately failed. Officers reported that he had “slurred speech, bloodshot, watery, and glassy eyes.” An officer also smelled alcohol on his breathe.
Trick was arrested and booked at Hammocks District Station. To make matters worse, police found cocaine in a rolled up dollar bill in his belongings. His bond was set to $6,000 for both charges, in which he later posted bond for.
This arrest serves as the third time that Trick Daddy has been arrested for possession of cocaine.
