Travis Scott’s Astroworld album arrives.
After building up the anticipation for two years, Travis Scott’s third studio album, Astroworld, has arrived. The new project features a number of guest appearances making it well worth the wait.
Laced with 17 tracks, The Weeknd, Pharrell, Drake, Migos, 21 Savage, and more appear on Astroworld. Production credits go to Boi-1da, CuBeatz, Hit-Boy, Sonny Digital, Mike Dean and a few others.
While speaking to GQ, La Flame offered a brief explanation behind the album, “They tore down [Six Flags] AstroWorld [in Houston] to build more apartment space. That’s what it’s going to sound like, like taking an amusement park away from kids. We want it back. We want the building back. That’s why I’m doing it. It took the fun out of the city.”
