Toya Wright opens up about the tragic death of her two younger brothers.
In July, Toya Wright’s brothers, Ryan “Rudy” Johnson, 24, and Joshua “Fish” Johnson, 31, were viciously murdered in New Orleans’ seventh ward. Although it’s been tough, Wright has managed to cope with their deaths with the help of supportive family members and close friends.
The 32 year old author and reality star recently appeared on an episode of “The Real”, where she spoke about the moment she discovered that her brothers were killed. Wright stated, “When I went to the hospital after that, you know, my mom identified the bodies. And you know, she said it was my brothers. It’s like I just got numb. I was like, ‘This cannot be real.’ It’s like it’s a pain that I don’t think I ever felt in my life. You know, to lose two siblings at one time over senseless violence.”
Wright also spoke on her relationship with Lil Wayne, and if there’s any hope for them rekindling their relationship.
