After a number of delays, The Game’s upcoming studio album, The Documentary 2, will drop October 9. So far, we know the album will consist of 19 tracks with guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, DeJ Loaf, Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, will.i.am, Diddy, Ab-Soul, Q-Tip, Eric Bellinger, Future, Kanye West, Drake, Nas, Lil Wayne, Snoop Dogg, and Fergie. However, there is one big detail about the album that Game has kept a secret until now.
After sitting down with Hot 97’s “Ebro in the Morning” show on Tuesday, the West Coast OG revealed that The Documentary 2 will be a double disc album, with a total of 38 songs. The second disc will be available on October 17. The Game told Hot 97, “When you go on iTunes and you download The Documentary [2] it only shows disc one. No one knows. Everybody thinks that’s just it. Disc 1 comes out regular. Then you know what you gotta do on the 17th? You gotta go back and get disc 1 again, because disc 2 is in there.” As of now, Game hasn’t announced any guest appearances nor a tracklist.
