Tee Grizzley shares “Wake Up” with Chance The Rapper.
In just four days, Tee Grizzley’s Still My Moment mixtape will arrive. Ahead of the project’s release, Grizzley shares yet another track off it titled “Wake Up” featuring Chance The Rapper.
On the new motivational track, Grizzley encourages corner boys to free their mind, stay out prison, and go to college and make something of themselves. He also encourages his listeners to “wake up” and stand up for what they believe in in today’s society.
“Beefin’ wit’ niggas about shit so stupid we shouldn’t be beefin’ about it / If you in high school I encourage you, go try to make it to college / Got niggas in prison / Your body locked up, don’t let your mind be/Daydream, make a plan, write it out / Don’t forget that your mind free.”
Aside from Chano, Grizzley recently revealed that Quavo, Offset, YNW Melly, and more will make guest appearances on the forthcoming tape. Production credits go to Tay Keith, Cubeatz, Helluva and more.
