Takeoff’s solo album will arrive next month.
Following the release of Quavo’s Quavo Huncho album, fans are patiently awaiting for the next Migo to drop their debut solo project. It now appears that Takeoff is up next! Last night, Quality Control made the announcement during a listening party held at Record Plant studios in Los Angeles, California.
Apparently, Takeoff’s album, The Last Rocket, will arrive on November 2. According to Billboard, who was present at the event, the project will feature at least ten tracks, and DJ Durel and Cassius Jay will handle the production.
One of the standout tracks, “Infatuation”, gives off a retro feel. Quality Control co-founder P Thomas told the crowd, “Takeoff is a man of small words, he usually lets the music speak for itself.”
Earlier this month, Offset’s mother cleared up rumors that Migos had broken up, “It’s still 3 of them. Take is working on his solo album which releases soon after Quavo’s. Each of them are releasing solo projects.”
