T.I.’s restaurant has been hit with an eviction notice.

Unfortunately, T.I. will be closing the doors to his upscale Atlanta restaurant, Scale 925. Scale 925 opened a little over a year ago, but is already facing financial difficulties. Tip and his business partner, Charles Hughes, have been served with an eviction notice after failing to pay more than $1 million in back rent.

According to T.I., Hughes is to blame for the eviction, and says he “disrespected his brand. T.I. even took to Instagram to throw his former business partner under the bus, writing, “He is NOT associated with me or my company in any capacity. We have NO dealings or partnerships outside of my restaurant . . . which was a HUGE mistake in hindsight.” The post has since been deleted.

Last month, 12 of the restaurant’s employee’s sued Tip for unpaid wages.
