After 19 years together, Scottie Pippen is divorcing his wife, Larsa Pippen.
Earlier this week, Scottie Pippen filed for divorce from Larsa Pippen after almost 20 years of marriage. Details surrounding the divorce have yet to be revealed, but many are speculating that Larsa’s relationship with Future has caused the rift.
Over the past few month, Larsa, 42, has reportedly been spotted hanging out with the 32 year old “Dirty Sprite” rapper. She has also been a VIP passenger on Future’s private jet. The two met in August at the Haute Living Color Reveal Party in Miami, Florida.
A close source told E! News, “Scottie and Larsa have been separated for quite some time living separate lives. Scottie has been residing in Chicago where his businesses are while Larsa has been living in Miami full time raising their children.”
A rep for Larsa released the following statement to TMZ, “After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect.”
“She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family.”
Scottie and Larsa wed back in 1997.
