Just when we all thought the bawse had overcome his legal woes, he is slapped with another hefty lawsuit. Promotional group Conexts is suing Rick Ross for failing to efficiently promote a Super Bowl XLIX party in Scottsdale, Arizona that was scheduled to take place on January 30 at the the Scottsdale Mall Amphitheater.
The lawsuit alleges that Rozay was supposed to make daily posts on his social media platform for two weeks leading up to the event. However, he failed to do so, only posting once. Ross was paid $55,000 up front, and was slated to receive another $55,000 during the night of the event. Due to skimpy ticket sales the event was cancelled and refunds were issued.
Conexts wants $55,000 plus damages.
