Rich Homie Quan and his baby mother reach a custody agreement.
For most of 2018, Rich Homie Quan, born Dequantes Lamar, has maintained a low profile, only stepping into the spotlight every once in a while to drop new music. Today, the “Flex” rapper is back in the headlines – but this time around its regarding his personal life.
Apparently, RHQ and his girlfriend/baby mother, Amber Williams, have finally come to an agreement over the custody of their four year old son. Earlier this year, Rich filed documents requesting to be legally recognized as the father of his son, Royal Rich Williams, and asked that his last name be changed to Lamar.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Georgia judge has signed off on the custody deal – and now both RHQ and Williams have legal and physical joint custody of their son. Being that couple live together in the same home, no child support was granted to Williams.
Back in September, Rich Homie Quan filed court documents with the consent of his girlfriend to request legal and physical joint custody of his son. Between 2014-2015, Royal lived with his mother, but since then they have all been living together in Georgia.
