R. Kelly’s daughter breaks her silence.
R. Kelly has consistently made headlines for almost a year now after he was accused of running a sex cult in his Georgia mansion. Some of the women were reportedly underage.
Kelly and his legal team have continued to slam the shocking allegations, but TMZ recently caught up with Kelly’s daughter, Joann Kelly, who gave her take on the wntire ordeal.
Joann, who goes by the stage name, Buku, stated, “It’s hard. I feel terrible. It’s very close to my heart. It’s just hard ‘cause it’s family matters, you know? But, overall it’s hard. I try not to speak about it too much, but…it is what it is. I feel terrible.”
When asked if she had a close relationship with her father, Joann replied, “I mean, we’re family, so…we’re gonna deal with each other.”
Last week, R. Kelly’s attorney, publicist, and assistant quit.
