Pharrell scores a new pad.
Pharrell has invested his money in a new place to call home. According to The Blast, the “Happy” singer is now the new homeowner of a beautiful mansion previously owned by Tyler Perry for $15.6 million. Pharrell purchased the Mulholland Drive estate on May 11th.
Last year, Perry bought the 17,000 square-foot property for $14.5 million, with intentions to flip it. he put in on the market for $17 million, however, he cut Skateboard P a deal. Nonetheless, Perry made a $1 million profit.
Pharrell’s new pad comes with 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling glass-lined walls with exposed steel beams, a Koi pond and stream that flows throughout the entire estate, a resort-style pool with a rock sculpture, a lighted tennis court, and an outdoor dining terrace.
