Nicki Minaj wants Remy Ma to keep her name out of her mouth.
It’s safe to say that Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma will never be friends, but at least their beef has died down a bit since their public feud. Recently, Remy appeared on The Wendy Williams Show with husband Papoose, where the two promoted their new reality show. Wendy also took the time to ask Remy about Minaj – who quickly made it clear that she and the “Anaconda” rapper had no relationship.
A close source told Hollywood Life that Minaj wishes Remy would completely disappear out of her life, “Nicki is more than happy with having no relationship with Remy. In fact, Nicki would love nothing more than for Remy to just disappear out of her life forever. To say there’s no love lost between these two would be an understatement. Nicki can’t stand the woman, and the feeling is clearly mutual.”
The insider added, “Nicki wasn’t surprised in the slightest that Remy would come out in support of Cardi, but she found it highly amusing that Remy tried to take the high ground by claiming she doesn’t harbor any ill will towards Nicki, when she’s constantly dissing her in her music at every opportunity she gets. Nicki thinks Remy is a phony, and she doesn’t buy into her sweet and innocent act at all.”
#RemyMafia was quick to come to Remy’s defense via Instagram – claiming that she was simply answering questions that Wendy has asked her. Another commenter wrote, “Imagine going on a talk show to be interviewed, and they bring up two other female rappers during your time to shine.”
