Nicki Minaj’s new album arrives next month.
It’s been years since Nicki Minaj has dropped a full project, but the wait is almost over. During a red carpet interview at last night’s Met Gala, Minaj announced that her third studio album, Queen, will arrive on June 15th.
Minaj told reporters, “It’s a big night for me because I just let the world know that my album is coming June 15 and it’s called Queen, and I can’t wait.” When asked if she was dressed like a “queen”, Nicki responded, “Absolutely. I’m dressed like a queen everyday all day.”
Queen will serve as the follow-up to Minaj’s 2014 The Pinkprint album. Minaj has already shared two songs off the highly anticipated album, “Chun-Li” and “Barbie Tingz” – which she released videos for last week.
