Nicki Minaj delays her highly anticipated Queen album.
Nicki Minaj shared some absolutely devastating news today. Yesterday, the “Barbie Tingz” rapper told her fans that due to doctor’s orders, she had to cancel her appearance on The Ellen Show, where she was supposed to make a major announcement.
But shortly after, she made it clear to her fans that she would still make the announcement, however, she would do it on social media. As promised, Minaj hoped onto Instagram Love a few hours ago and delivered some news that torn her Barbz completely apart.
After previously announcing that her upcoming Queens album would arrive on June 15th, Nicki revealed that she has delayed the release of the album until August 10th. But in the meantime, Nicki says she will be sharing three different surprises from June 11th to 15th – including the album’s artwork.
As far as why Minaj has chosen to push back the album, she says she wants to give her fans the best, “I refuse to give y’all half ass. The label can’t accept that.”
