Nicki Minaj makes a brief return to the spotlight.
Every since ditching her social media accounts back in December, Nicki Minaj has been missing in action – leaving her fans worried and confused. On Wednesday, TMZ reporters caught up with the “Regret In Your Tears” rapper at Los Angeles International Airport, who appeared to be doing just fine.
While walking through the airport with her security guard, Minaj tried her best to ignore the paparazzi, however, one reporter was able to get a reaction out of her after asking, “Hey, Birdman called you the best female rapper in hip-hop ever, you think you’re the best ever?”
Minaj’s response wasn’t verbal, but, she did give a thumbs up. An unidentified person in the background can be heard saying, “Of course she is, bro!”
During an interview with Ebro on Beats 1, Birdman called Drake the biggest rapper in the world, and added that Minaj is the “biggest female ever in hip-hop history.” The Cash Money Records CEO went on to say, “She’s an icon. She’s got it. Hands down.”
Minaj released her last studio album, The Pinkprint, in 2014.
