NBA player Nick “Swaggy P” Young celebrated his 30th birthday last night, all while popping the question to his rapper girlfriend Iggy Azalea. The Los Angeles Laker star took the sweet and traditional route and got down on one knee before presenting Azalea with a huge jewelry box. Young then shouts, “Would you marry me?”, and as expected, an excited Azalea responded, “Yes!”. The special moment was captured in a short clip that was uploaded to Instagram.
Azalea’s ring is worth an estimated $500,000. Jason Arasheben, CEO of Jason of Beverly Hills stated, “Nick was very involved in designing the ring. We wanted it to be both a ring of Iggy’s dreams and a ring that fits her personal style. The 24 year old “Fancy” rapper has been dating Young since 2013.
