The peculiar story of RonSoCold’s emergence in music can best be described through hard work, resiliency and a get s**t done mentality.
The Charlotte-born artist got his initial start in music the traditional route. Working a standard nine to five by day, before transitioning into the virtuoso we’ve come to know by night.
Adversity and the unforeseen have both played an integral role in personifying Ron, aiding in fostering the transition between who he was and who he is today.
While emotional scars are valued as a reminder of an endured suffering, they also serve as a catalyst for inspiration that objectifies a solemn understanding of growing through pain.

Teaming up with the mastermind behind hit record “Magnolia“, producer Pi’erre Bourne, for a set of tracks that have both accrued well over 500K streams via soundcloud, Ron has definitely familiarized himself with reaping the benefits of developing a core fan-base with an underground sound.
It doesn’t appear he plans on slowing down no time soon. With releasing a video treatment for his hot new single “Forever” and hinting at the possible release of a full-length studio project , we decided to sit down Ron for an in-depth interview to learn more about the artist.
