Lil Wayne is fed up with rowdy crowds.
If your thinking about throwing a bottle or any other item on stage during a Lil Wayne concert, you might want to think again. On Saturday, while performing at Cannabis Cup at NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California, Wayne had to abruptly stop his show and address his fans after they began tossing things onstage.
Weezy told the crowd, “Y’all throwing stuff on stage, I don’t know if it’s love or y’all tryna promote something but I’m from New Orleans and we don’t know how to accept that shit. And I got New Orleans people with me and all they know how to throw back is ‘shoot.'” He then persisted to warn the crowd to stop throwing things before someone ended up hurt.
Last year, Wayne issued a similar threat to his fans after someone threw a drink at him during his set.
