Welp, the saga between Lil Wayne and Birdman goes on. For awhile, we were all fooled into thinking that Weezy and Baby were mending their relationship, but Weezy’s recent comments at shows suggest otherwise. On May 21, Wayne took the stage during the 4/20 Rally in Denver and yelled “F*ck Cash Money”. On Saturday, while performing at the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Wayne continued to drag Baby and his former label, but he also offered some information that his fans were happy to hear.
Weezy started off, “Before I go any further, I want y’all to know I got two new albums coming y’all way.” Then started the bashing, “F*ck the Birdman. F*ck Cash Money. I’m going through a lot of bullsh*t right now. These n*ggas got me in bars right now. They don’t want to see me make good music. I don’t know what the f*ck’s going on, but f*ck them n*ggas. And I just want you to know if anything, if you thought that for any second I gave a f*ck about it, I can’t because I got people like y’all that’s still supporting me.”
It looks like Weezy has no plans of dropping his $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money.
