Kirko Bangz Signs With 300 Entertainment

Houston R&B singer Kirko Bangz has snagged up a deal with 300 Entertainment. 300 Entertainment is a record label was founded by Lyor Cohen, and is distributed by Atlantic Records. This is a great opportunity for Kirko Bangz, who will join Hip Hop stars Rich The Kid, Migos, Fetty Wap, and Young Thug.

Just yesterday, he released his first single under the 300 imprint titled “Worry Bout It” featuring label mate Fetty Wap. Co-founder Todd Moscowitz stated, “Selim (Unauthorized Entertainment) and I have worked together for over ten years on projects including Kirko and it’s so great that we were able and excited to work together again. Kirko is a force, and I’m confident that we’ll have the same success the second time around.”

In regards to this new chapter in his life, Kirko released the following statement, “I had a lot of success with Todd Moscowitz with “Drank In My Cup”, and I’ve been working with Selim for over four years, so doing this partnership with them is just like I’m going back to thehome team. I feel like LeBron James, except I’m going to win the championship. This is the #LMGTakeover.”

Kirko got all of our attention with his 2011 breakthrough track “Drank In My Cup” which peaked at number 28 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. He had made such a name for himself that he was named a member of XXL’s 2013 Freshman Class.

Be on the lookout for his first studio album Bigger Than Me which is set to be released later this year.
