It seems as though Kim’s concerns about the possibility of infertility has come to an end. The “selfie queen” is pregnant with her second child! This news was revealed in a clip after Sunday’s episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians aired. A excited Kim gushed to her sister Khloe, “I just got the blood test back, and I’m pregnant!”
This time around Kim and Kanye chose to be very open and vocal about their mission to have another baby. The Wests were set on making North West a big sister, even it it meant IVF treatments, biopsies, and “having sex 500 times a day”. Kimberly announced back in August that they were trying to conceive again. She stated, “We are trying. We try every single day. You can’t try harder than we try. It’s getting exhausting. Trying for baby Number 2 isn’t as fun as trying for baby Number 1.”
After news broke, the show’s official Twitter page congratulated Kim. Many fans began to congratulate the star as well, even going as far as suggesting that “South West” be the new baby’s name.
Kim, 34, and Kanye, 37, welcomed North West into the world on June 15, 2013. Shortly after, they wed on May 24, 2014 in Florence, Italy.
Kim hasn’t revealed how far along she is yet, nor if she knows the sex of the baby.
