Keyshia Cole is known for being short-tempered, but this time around it might cost her a couple of stacks.

The 34 year old “Don’t Waste My Time” singer was recently evicted from her Santa Monica, California home for failing to pay her rent. Apparently, Cole didn’t take the news too well, and made sure to retaliate while making her exit.

After failing to pay $19,000 in back rent, Cole was evicted from her home. Her ex-landlord already sued Cole for the unpaid rent, but now he has filed a new lawsuit for property damages. According to the lawsuit, Cole “put holes in the walls and ceilings, scratched the floor, and destroyed door frames”. He is asking for $150,000 is damages, and an unspecified amount for emotional distress.

This isn’t Cole’s first time being slapped with a lawsuit. Back in 2014, Sabrina Mercadel sued Cole after she attacked her in Birdman’s home. Mercadel asked for at least 1 million dollars in punitive damages, citing emotional distress, intentional infliction, battery, negligence and premises liability.
