Today is World Aids Day In America. This day is dedicated to the fight against Aids and to honor those who lost their life to the disease. Bill Clinton kicked off the event and concert 7:30 Eastern time. Clinton said in a interview that years ago they would never be able to throw an event like this, because to talk about aids was basically uneasy for a lot of people and also a touchy Subject. But today in america millions are researching the causes of the disease and is fighting for cures and answers.

To honor the day artist such as Kanye West, Carrie Underwood, Bruce Springsteen, and group U2 hit the stage live in Times Square. Chicago’s Kanye west performed a series of songs he had created in the past as the big Times Square crowd watches.
