Kanye West’s and Kim Kardashian’s former Bel Air mansion is back up for sale.
Just seven months after Kanye West and Kim Kardashian sold their Bel Air home for $17.8 million – it’s back on the market.
According to TMZ, the Wests sold the mansion back in November to Silicon Valley entrepreneur and philanthropist Marina Acton. Acton hasn’t even been living in the home for an year yet, however, she says she needs something bigger to reside in.
Kim and Kanye’s former home comes laced with 10,000 square feet, but Acton is currently looking at a Miami or West Palm Beach 10,000 square feet more than what it offers. In addition the Bel Air home comes with marble floors, gold fixtures and a fully loaded chef’s kitchen.
Kardashian and West first purchased the home in January 2013 for $11 million. Over the years, they did extensive renovations.
