Let’s all say a prayer for YBN Almighty Jay.
YBN Almighty Jay is on the mend after being viciously attacked and robbed on Friday. Apparently, Jay was in New York City shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue with a few friends when another rapper, Lil TJay, and his squad walked into the store. According to witnesses, an argument took place between both sides before a fight broke out – which ended up in the streets.
In a captured clip that has since gone viral on social media, Jay is seen on the ground with ripped jeans and no shoes on his feet. Clearly separated from his squad, the assailants in the video deliver a hard kick to Jay’s face, then another in the back of his head – stemming him to take off running down the street.
Sources close to Lil TJay told TMZ that he was not involved in the attack, and had nothing to with it.
Although details of the scuffle are still scarce, the narrator in the disturbing clip tells his goons to take Jay’s chain. The attackers made off with his personal possessions, including his wallet, YBN chain, and sneakers. TMZ reports that police were called to the scene, but no one wanted to report the crime.
This shocking news comes just a month after YBN Almighty Jay was accused of stealing money and jewelry from Skinnyfromthe9 at a video shoot. Surveillance puts Jay at the scene, where his crew reportedly walked off with tens of thousands of dollars worth of watches, chains, and money.
Currently receiving treatment, Jay has yet to publicly address the situation, but a gruesome photo of him laying in a hospital bed with deep gashes on his face has surfaced.
