Highly-esteemed Seoul-based pop powerhouse NCT 127 have released their most recent EP NCT #127 WE ARE SUPERHUMAN .
For those that may not know, NCT 127 is the acronym for “Neo Culture Technology” and the number 127, which represents the longitudinal coordinate of Seoul, Korea, the home of K-pop. K-pop is a style of music that originated in South Korea, blending electronic, hip-hop, R&B, pop and rock acoustics into one genre.
This culmination of sound has sparked a wave of an infectious, vibrant tune that serves as the most fitting melody for any music enthusiast.
Their 6-track EP features hit record ‘Superhuman’, alongside a slew of corresponding tracks that highlight the importance of diversity as it relates to incorporating an assorted range of instrumentation and sound into a project.
The release follows NCT 127’s latest promotional visit to America which included debuting new music on The Late Show with James Corden and Good Morning America.
NCT 127’s ability to develop such a loyal fan base while not shying away from their joyous disposition is nothing short of the sedulous mindset required to excel musically.
Their innate ability to thrive as one of the most prominent K-pop groups in contemporary music is evidence of the art’s ability to transcend culture through sound.
