As we all know, Chi town natives Lil Durk and Lil Reese teamed up with newcomer G Herbo to release a joint project. The project has done pretty well over all. However, Herbo fans have made it quite clear that they need more from him alone. While his long-awaited project “Humble Beast” is set to debut this September, G Herbo has decided to give fans just a taste of what they should expect. Earlier this summer he released the single “Red Snow” to get momentum going, seeing as though the track is fairly similar to what he’s been releasing so far (painting a picture of the streets of Chicago and where he’s been), he’s decided to drop a very different track, which happens to be the album’s second single, entitled “I Like”.
I Like is a more lighthearted track, where Herbo speaks about what he wants in his dream girl. With this shift, It is clear that Herbo is making a conscious effort to show listeners how diverse he can be.
Fans have seemed to respond well going nuts when he previewed the track via Instagram live a little before the drop
