According to a judge, Future’s old tweet’s bashing Ciara aren’t worth $15 million.
Today, Future and Ciara appeared in court to proceed with the lawsuit that CiCi filed against the “Wicked” rapper. Back in July, Ciara sued for Future for $15 million, claiming that the negative comments he made about her on social media not only damaged her image as a mother and a singer, but they also caused her to lose out on a $500,000 endorsement deal with an international cosmetics company.
Months ago, Future tweeted a series of tweets including, “this bitch got control problems” and “I gotta go through lawyers to see babyfuture…the fuckery for 15k a month. I jus want babyfuture that’s all.” Unfortunately for Ciara, the judge has ruled that the tweets aren’t enough to validate the $15 million that she is asking for.
In the meantime, the 30 year old “Goodies” singer will have to provide more evidence of how her ex-fiance is hurting her career.
