Symere shares the official video treatment for his internet-crazed sensation ‘Futsal Shuffle 2020’, produced by WOD’s (Working On Dying) Brandon Finessin & Starboy.
By definition, the word ‘Futsal’ derives from a Spanish term that is commonly translated to ‘indoor football’, hence providing context to the not so random soccer ball emoji Lil Uzi Vert decided to incorporate in his since viral tweet that introduced the record last year.
The social media post also featured a brief :21 sec clip of Uzi’s imposing pirouette as he swayed outwardly, transitioning from one foot to another in an attentive manner, being sure to exhibit the appropriate step-by-step tutorial.
‘Futsal Shuffle 2020’ finds Uzi gleefully parading throughout an apparent abandoned warehouse alongside Jackson ‘Jaywalk’ Chavis, taking turns embracing the moment through choreographed dance moves and synchronized exchanges.
The long-awaited, borderline fictional full-length project entitled Eternal Atake serves as Lil Uzi Vert’s Luv Is Rage 2 (2017) follow-up – championing a slew of “drop” remarks that pervade the comment section under any of Uzi’s recent post.
It’s obvious Lil Uzi Vert’s loyal listeners have continuously yearned for his next offering, but hopefully Uzi’s recent return to social media and this latest dance challenge will appease his fan base for now.
Whether is Tisakorean’s mop-enthused cameo or PhYouTure’s equally impressive rhythmic bop – this capture looks outright fun and demonstrates nothing short of an innovative stance taken on live cavorting.
