DaBaby shuts down the BET Awards with his platinum hit – Suge – and reigns in high praise after landing on the cover of XXL’s Freshmen Class 2019  magazine.

2019 has been a breakout year for the charting Carolina sensation DaBaby, formally known as Baby Jesus.

Since making his debut on the music scene back in 2015, DaBaby has continuously exemplified growth lyrically and has encompassed quite the aptitude for being ingenious with regard to his innovative music videos.

Most recently, the young CEO has amassed over 100 million digital streams while simultaneously culminating over 92 million collective video views on YouTube.

Needless to say, all of this acquired success is nothing short of a testament to his indisputable perseverance and diligence as it relates to the work ethic required to prevail musically.

As if that isn’t enough, the South Coast Music Group/Interscope Records virtuoso is approaching the final leg of his Baby on Baby Tour before embarking on a 15 US city tour in support of 21 Savage. The I Am>I Was Tour kicks off on July 10th at The Criterion in Oklahoma City, and wraps August 16th at the Coca Cola Roxy in Atlanta.

As we begin to surpass the midway-point of 2019, DaBaby has surged to prominence and does not show any indications of slowing down anytime soon. Whether it’s serving as a catalyst to vitalize the Carolina’s or redefining the narrative behind turning nothing into something, you can’t help but respect being able to overcome adversity and beating the odds when facing turmoil.

Quite the commendable trait, using pain as a vice for a deliberate triumph.
