A grand jury has indicted Fabolous.
It appears that Fabolous may spend some time behind bars. A grand jury has indicted the 40 year old “You Be Killin Em” rapper on four charges of domestic violence for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend Emily Bustamante (also known as Emily B from Love and Hip Hop).
The charges include one count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill, and one count of possession of a weapon. Each individual charge is in the third-degree and carry a maximum five year sentence if convicted.
Back in March, Fabolous reportedly punched Emily B in the face numerous times – knocking out her front two teeth. Apparently, Fab became enraged after finding out about a trip that she took to Los Angeles. Fabolous later turned himself into authorities.
TMZ has since released footage of Fabolous blowing up in his driveway, where he brandished a pair of scissors and issued a number of threats at Emily and her father.
Fabo’s attorney, Alberto Ebanks, previously told Billboard, “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct.”
