Fabolous has been arrested for domestic violence.
Last night, Fabolous was arrested for reportedly assaulting his longtime girlfriend and former Love and Hip Hop reality star, Emily Bustamante. TMZ reports that Bustamante called the police after the rapper struck her at their Englewood, New Jersey home.
Shortly after the alleged incident occurred, Fabolous turned himself into authorities with his attorney, Alberto Ebanks, by his side. Fabolous didn’t spend any time in jail, however, he was cited for the incident and given a ticket to appear in court.
Ebanks released the following statement to Billboard, “I’ve known Fab close to 20 years and believe he is incapable of engaging in the alleged conduct.” Fabolous and Emily B have yet to issue a statement.
Fabolous and Bustamante have been dating for ten years. They have two children together.
