Next month, the incarcerated “X Gon’ Give It To Ya” rapper is set to be released after serving a one-year sentence in federal prison for tax fraud. The troubled rapper’s Attorneys claim he will be released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution on January 27th. According to TMZ, he will immediately be reunited with his 15 kids and 2-year-old Exodus Simmons, who suffers from serious health problems.
In addition, the legendary rapper and Belly actor will also take a step back into Hollywood. He’s reportedly been reviewing several offers from movie producers to create a film about his life story.
It’s also being said that DMX has been working on new music. At some point upon his release, he plans to drop a new album.
