DJ Khaled drops $25.9 million on a new home.
DJ Khaled is living his best life right now. According to the Wall Street Journal, DJ Khaled is in the process of purchasing a $25.9 million dollar Miami beach home.
The impressive, waterfront estate comes decked out with 5 bedrooms, 13,000 square feet, a home theater, a double-height foyer, a marble fireplace, a 80 foot swimming pool, and an open chef’s kitchen. In addition to those amenities, there’s also a two-floor gazebo, an outdoor shower, a four-bedroom guesthouse.
Apparently, the seller of the estate is Michael Lerner, the creator behind the “Baby on Board” signs. In 2013, Lerner purchased the property for $4.95 million and built the home. He is now relocating to Palm Beach.
Khaled previously stated the following about his home, “My home is my castle, and it’s a sacred place. I wanted to create something that highlighted how important our homes are to our lives — it’s where we spend time with family. It’s where we make memories. It’s where we raise our children.”
